Docker Compose
Give a review the service topology declared in your Compose files.
Read the declared services
Proofline reads configured Compose YAML as a declaration of service topology. That context helps a review identify the services and image references described together in the application’s setup.
The connector does not contact a container engine or inspect a running stack. Its evidence describes the Compose document it read.
Review a change across service boundaries
Suppose a pull request splits a worker out of the API service. The Compose declaration helps a reviewer follow the new service boundary and inspect the image references assigned to each service.
Use runtime or provider evidence when the conclusion depends on what is actually deployed. A service in a Compose file does not establish that a container is running or that a dependency is reachable.
