Elastic Load Balancing

Inspect the routing settings and target health reported by the load balancer serving your application.

Read target groups and listeners

For selected target groups, Proofline reads registered targets and the health state and reason reported for each. For selected load balancers, it also reads listener and rule configuration.

That routing configuration includes ports, protocols, match conditions, and forwarding target groups with their weights. It describes how the load balancer is configured to handle a request.

Check the route affected by a release

If a release changes a service port or deployment target, the listener, rule, and target-group records help identify the route involved. ECS supplies the service’s declared target-group registration separately.

A target-health reading describes one observation. It does not establish health between observations or prove that the deployment caused a reported failure.
