Set content retention

Choose how long Proofline keeps reviewer activity, sandbox transcripts and webhook payloads.

Change the retention windows#

1. Open Organization → Admin → Data.
2. Enter the days for each content type within the limits shown by the inputs.
3. Select Save under Content retention.

A change applies to content already stored. Content stays until its review, answer, or research run finishes. Setting reviewer activity or sandbox transcripts to zero clears that content after completion. Webhook payloads stay for at least one day.

These settings expire content, rather than deleting the review record or its findings.

Require zero-retention model routing#

Under Zero-retention model routing, select Require zero-retention model routing, then Save.

Proofline sends model requests only through provider accounts attested to keep no data. Your organization's own provider keys do not qualify.

An organization administrator can change these settings.
