Explore records#

Open the environment and select Records. Search or browse the available infrastructure records, then inspect the evidence details for a relevant record.

Keep the environment and recorded context in view. A record from one environment does not establish a claim about another.

Find recurring patterns#

Open Patterns and search for the risk you are investigating. Load additional results when the list has more pages.

Patterns can develop when findings or related risks recur across independent changes, or when verified outcomes provide feedback.

An empty patterns page can be expected before that supporting history exists. It does not imply that the environment has no risks.

Return to the review#

Use a record or pattern to understand the context, then inspect the evidence attached to the particular finding. Recorded findings remain tied to their review.
