See one person's or one team's review analytics

See the pull requests Proofline reviewed for one person or one team, the findings published on them and what happened to each, and how long the reviews took.

Organization owners and members appointed Proofline organization administrator can use this page. Other members and teammates cannot, and the analytics are off until an administrator turns them on.

Turn on person and team analytics#

  1. Open Organization → Admin → Data.
  2. Under Person and team analytics, select Let organization administrators see one person's or one team's review analytics.

The change is saved at once and recorded in the audit log. Changing it needs a recent sign-in. Clear the same box to turn the analytics off again.

Open a person or a team#

  1. Open Organization → People analytics.
  2. Choose one person or one team in Person or team.
  3. Choose Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 180 days in Period.

The page shows one person or one team at a time. It never lists people by a figure or places them side by side, and there is no export of these figures.

Read the figures#

  • Pull requests reviewed and Reviews count the pull requests the person or team opened that Proofline reviewed in the period, and the reviews of them.
  • Time to first result and Merge time show a median and 90th percentile once five pull requests have a measured time. With fewer, the page shows the counts only.
  • Published findings by severity counts each published finding once, with how many were fixed, confirmed, accepted as a risk, dismissed or already covered, and how many have no recorded outcome.
  • Pull requests without a recorded author counts this organization's pull requests in the period that cannot be credited to anyone. They are in no person's or team's figures.

A team view counts the pull requests of the team's current active members, including members of its child teams. It names those members without a figure for any of them.

See who viewed a person#

A person's page lists Views of this person's analytics from the last 90 days. Each time someone opens another person's figures, Proofline records the view in the audit log before it shows anything. A team whose only member besides you is one person shows that person's figures, so that view is recorded as theirs too. Viewing your own figures is not recorded.
