Manage deterministic check versions
Use an environment's Evidence page to inspect a check family's outcome ledger before changing whether that version can block deployments.
Record a decision#
An organization administrator can select Record an adjudication when the outcome ledger lists a family version.
- Choose the Family version and Decision.
- Read the stated consequence.
- Supply the document, version, and ledger window required for that decision.
- Enter the justification and submit the decision.
The decision belongs to that exact family version. Its history is append-only; another decision can follow it, but cannot edit it.
Choose the lifecycle action#
Promote to gating allows that version's conflict result to block a deployment when the admitted build answers. It requires an adjudication document and version, the examined ledger window in UTC, and confirmation of the reported running build. If the build changes, confirm the new build before submitting.
Quarantine keeps the version answering and discloses its quarantine. Name the document and version that state the cause.
Retire stops new answers from that version while preserving its history. Retirement cannot be undone.
If the evidence service reports no running build, the page cannot admit one for promotion. Resolve that condition before recording a promotion.
